PROGRAM
Beginning at 10 a.m., refreshments (light snacks, coffee, etc.) will be available. We will start the workshop promptly at 10:30 a.m.
In order to maximize discussion, authors will not give presentations. Instead, they may offer brief introductory comments, and then we will open the floor to questions. Participants are expected to have read the papers so that virtually all of the time can be devoted to Q&A. Links to the papers are below.

DIRECTIONS AND TRANSPORTATION
The meeting will be held in Monroe Hall 428 (Sigelman Seminar Room) on the Foggy Bottom campus of George Washington University (2115 G St. NW, Washington, DC 20052). Take the elevator to the fourth floor and turn right.
Monroe Hall is a 5-7-minute walk from the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro station on the Orange/Blue/Silver line.
Parking information is here. The G Street Garage is the closest to Monroe Hall.
